- Integrated a prescription-drug purchase flow, connecting third-party doctor-consultation results to enable regulated medicine sales, delivered on time to meet government compliance requirements.
- Reintegrated and refactored the buyer order history service and database onto new backend infrastructure as part of a platform-wide enhancement initiative.

Feb 2024 – Jan 2026- Led an end-to-end migration of the Wishlist platform — servers, consumers, databases (archive DB, dual-write, replication), search engine, and metrics — including load testing and a zero-downtime cutover.
- Improved cart and checkout reliability by strengthening error detection and reducing false alarms, while driving daily cross-team issue triage.
- Led implementation of a Release Train process — scheduled rebases, unified smoke testing, and end-to-end regression — resulting in more robust, lower-risk deployments.
- Migrated database infrastructure to a new platform, improving cloud cost efficiency.
